Mid-May – More tests and hospital stay
Dipika was admitted to the hospital for three days to undergo more tests—X-rays, sonography, and blood work. The initial tests didn’t confirm if the tumor was cancerous. Regardless, the doctors planned for surgery.
On May 15, Shoaib shared a vlog updating fans and asked for prayers. He also mentioned their concern for their baby boy Ruhaan, who was still breastfeeding.

May 27 – Cancer confirmed

In a vlog, Shoaib explained that the cancer is only in the tumor and hasn’t spread to other parts of her body. However, her surgery was postponed so she could fully recover from the fever first.
